  • Cyber Security Lesson Curriculum:

In this Project, an EU-recognised curriculum has been planned. With this curriculum, the cyber security education content needed in vocational education by our country and partner countries will be provided. The curriculum will consist of 4 modules and 265 hours and will be prepared in accordance with the E-Competence Quality which is an EU Standard. The contents of the lessons will be determined after the Turkey roadmap is prepared in line with the studies and surveys in European countres. In this way, the deficiences in our country will be defined and the curriculum will be developed accordingly.

  • E-Learning Platform:

It will be developed interactively with the e-labarotory practices of the curriculum. The related studies will be done formerly in order to prepare the e-labarotory practices and interactive contents. The cyber security E-learning platform will be in compliance with E-Competence Quality (www.e-competence-quality.com) in terms of content and quality. There will be studies to raise awareness about the platform in our country and the participants both in Zonguldak and all over the country will be able to benefit from the platform for free. There will be studies on this issue. For example, there will be Cyber Security Poster-Banner competitions in high schools and universities, a knowledge contest will be conducted and all our Project products, E-Learning platform and the game will be introduced in these competitions. The participants trained on this platform will be given Cyber Security Certificates. British and Spanish partners has been working on the international validity of this certificate.

  • Cyber Security Book:

It is a product planned to be developed within the project. It will focus on the actions and precautions that people and institutions should take under the common circumstances they face in daily life. The book will address to the users at basic and intermediate levels and the readers will both gain information and skills about the cyber security at these levels. Thus, the public awareness will be raised. The dissemination of the book will be our priority. Therefore, the digital copies of the book will take place on the project website, e-learning platform and the websites of the partner institutions. E-book versions will be uploaded. Also, the book will be delivered to all the university libraries via Bulent Ecevit University.

  • Cyber Security Education Curriculum QR Code Application:

By the help of the barcode application which will be embedded under the pictures and tables of applications which will take place in education curriculum modules of our project, it is aimed for the participants to scan the barcode and practice the subject by watching the video. The pictures and tables will get into motion and it will be possible to understand the applications more easily.


This project output will be developed under the leadership of our Italian partner. They stated that they can create the barcode application compatible with both IOS and Android devices. The budget is estimated considering this application.

  • Reviewing and Analysing European Practice in Cyber Security Education

The cyber security trainings and practices in EU countries will be reviewed and contrasted with Turkey. This method will be a first in turkey and in this way a new and innovative roadmap will be prepared in the field of cyber security education in Turkey.
